Adult Day Health Care of Mad River is a 501(c)3 charitable corporation. Tax deductible contributions from individuals, business and civic organizations are welcome to enhance our services and they enable us to provide services to community members who require financial assistance. We would like to especially thank our frequent donors: Humboldt Area Foundation, McKinleyville Area Fund, Sequoia Lifeline Community Fund, Coast Central Credit Union, and Mad River Community Hospital employees. We would also like to thank the CA Department of Aging, Redwood Capital Bank and several private donors for their assistance in purchasing our new bus. 

We would also like to thank Arcata Sunrise Rotary for their assistance in replacing part of our fence in 2025. And a very special thank you to the California Foundation for Stronger Communities for recently recognizing our service to the community with a generous financial donation.
